Oxfordian College is offering TQUK Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Support Work. The qualification is designed to ready learners for employment, including potential apprenticeships, in roles involving customer service. Alternatively, it serves as preparation for further learning or training. The mandatory and optional units encompass various relevant areas within the sector, offering learners the flexibility to customize the content according to their individual needs.

There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have a minimum of level two in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.
The recommended minimum age for this qualification is 16 years and above

▪ Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality Leisure, Travel and Tourism
