As a Fellow of the Centre for Education Economics, Geoffrey has contributed to key publications in Times Education Supplement and Education Investor. His expertise spans policy analysis, compliance, and accreditation, providing strategic advice on institutional governance. At Oxfordian College, Geoffrey plays a critical role in shaping governance structures, risk management strategies, and ensuring continuous institutional improvement towards a culture of excellence.
Adeel Kayani
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Adeel Kayani is a highly experienced professional with a strong entrepreneurial background in the education sector. Since 2012, he has managed and operated educational institutes and launched various educational initiatives. Starting as a student counselor, he expanded into the education sector as a delivery partner with a prestigious Further Education institute. In addition to education, he runs a student recruitment company, assisting students worldwide in their university journeys. Adeel’s perseverance, adaptability, and passion for entrepreneurship drive his commitment to innovation and positive impact in the education sector.
Richard Hollywood
Richard Hollywood brings over 29 years of senior leadership experience in further and higher education, both in the UK and internationally. He has successfully led institutions through QAA reviews and inspections, and developed key partnerships with leading UK universities, including Ulster University, Bath Spa University, and Manchester Metropolitan University. Richard’s expertise in academic quality management spans curriculum design, strategic development, and quality assurance. His extensive experience ensures that Oxfordian College upholds the highest standards of educational excellence while fostering strong institutional growth and international collaboration.
Rishma Dattani
Rishma Dattani has over 20 years of experience in senior roles in higher education, including at the University of Wolverhampton and as a Quality Manager at the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA). Specialising in curriculum design, academic partnerships, and internationalisation, she has worked on strategic initiatives to enhance the student experience and academic quality. Rishma has delivered training to national quality bodies and managed several international institutional reviews. In addition to her consultancy work, she serves on the Accreditation Board of the European Herbal and Traditional Practitioners Association (EHTPA). At Oxfordian College, Rishma provides invaluable insight into curriculum development, academic partnerships, and quality management, driving the College’s commitment to academic excellence and global outreach.

Aaron Porter
Aaron Porter has a portfolio of non-executive and advisory board roles. He is Chair of the Board of Directors of BPP University and Deputy Chair of the governing body of Goldsmiths University. Outside of higher education he is on the board of a healthcare regulator (the General Chiropractic Council) and the inaugural board of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. He is a school governor and a trustee of a London theatre. Previously he has served on a number of higher education boards including UCAS, the Office of the Independent Adjudicator and the Higher Education Academy. After graduating from the University of Leicester, he was President of the National Union of Students during the high profile debate over tuition fees in 2010-11.

With a Master’s in International Education at the School for International Training based in VT, U.S., Venera Gurbanova brings nearly 27 years of work experience within international settings. While working as a professional interpreter/translator for international projects, she was voluntarily involved in helping students with their study abroad applications and ESL teaching. She also worked for local study abroad agencies in between her contractual jobs as a study abroad advisor. Currently Venera works as a freelance educational consultant and lives in the city of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. She loves reading, traveling and communicating with students, who are ambitious in their study abroad aspirations.
