Programme Overview
The Master Trainer Bootcamp is a unique, immersive 10-day professional development journey designed for international educators to enhance their teaching skills, gain a recognised UK qualification, and experience the British education system from within. Delivered by Oxfordian College London, this Bootcamp leads to the TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF)—a foundational teaching qualification approved by Ofqual and recognised globally.
Participants will engage in full-day interactive training sessions, microteaching experiences, and educational visits to institutions like Brunel University London and local schools/colleges. The programme also includes reflection, assessment, certification, and cultural immersion—making it both professionally enriching and personally memorable.

Participant Profile / Eligibility
- In-service teachers, trainers, lecturers, or school leaders
- Education professionals looking to upskill or internationalise their practice
- Corporate trainers, NGO educators, or vocational instructors
- Professionals interested in transitioning into teaching
- Must be proficient in English (minimum B1 level or equivalent)
- Minimum age 21+, with at least 3+ years of teaching, training, or education-related experience
- Must be able to follow the visitor visa application guidelines

Applying to the Bootcamp
Step 1: Application Submission
Submit your application online or through an authorised training partner/agent. Required documents include:
- Completed application form
- Passport copy (valid for at least 6 months)
- Updated CV/resume
- Proof of teaching/training experience
- English proficiency evidence (if available)
Step 2: Application Review & Interview
Oxfordian College admissions team will review your application. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an online interview to assess:
- Motivation and goals
- English communication
- Relevance of training to your career
Step 3: Offer Letter & Payment
Successful applicants will receive an Offer of Place including:
- Training details
- Invoice for fees
- Accommodation and visa letter template
Once payment is received, your place will be confirmed.
Step 4: Visa Application Support
You will receive official documentation to apply for a UK Standard Visitor Visa, including:
- Visa support letter
- College registration confirmation
- Accommodation details
Note: Participants are responsible for visa fees and embassy appointments.
Step 5: Travel & Welcome
Once your visa is granted:
- Book your travel to London (arrive at least one day before training starts)
- Join the welcome orientation at Oxfordian College
- Begin your 10-day immersive Bootcamp!
