Short Term Study Visa in the UK
Oxfordian College (OC), accredited by the Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges, and Universities (ASIC), warmly welcomes international students from across the globe. Our institution provides an excellent opportunity for international students to apply for a Short-Term Student Visa and come to the UK to study a wide range of short courses at OC.
Visa Options for International Students
The length of the Short-Term Student Visa depends on the course you choose:
Up to 6 months for any short course, including English language courses.
Up to 11 months for students enrolling in an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) course.

Our streamlined application process ensures that you can quickly and efficiently apply for your chosen course and visa. Here’s how it works:
Short-term Study Visas contain no extensions of the visa, no dependants allowed, and no work permitted during the visa.
We also do not provide any accommodation so the student will need to secure this themselves.
Minimum age requirement for applicant is 18 years old.
There are no pre-requirements in terms of education, study gaps or field of work. If you would like to check your eligibility through the government UKVI website.
The duration is for either 6 months or 11 months.
After the 6 or 11 months the individual must return to their country.
Our fee includes the cost of the course fee and the visa letter which you will use to apply to the embassy.

Application Process
1. Submit Application Form Begin by filling out our online application form with all required student details and supporting documents using the provided link on our website.
2.Pay Registration Fee After submitting your application, you will automatically be directed to the payment page. A £400 registration fee must be paid to proceed. This fee is required to receive your Offer Letter and Invoice.
3.Send Proof of Payment Once you’ve paid the registration fee, email the proof of payment to: admissions@oxfordiancollege.com Please allow up to one week for our team to process and send your Offer Letter and Invoice.
4.Complete Full Course Payment After receiving your Offer Letter and Invoice, you will need to make the full payment for your course, whether for a 6-month or 11-month duration. We only accept full payments to issue the visa letter. Email the proof of payment to: admissions@oxfordiancollege.com Payment confirmation can take up to five working days.
5.Identity Verification Once your payment is confirmed, we will arrange a short video meeting via Zoom to verify the student’s identity and passport details. This step ensures that the student’s information matches the passport. After the meeting, we will require approximately one week to issue the Short-Term Study Visa (SSV) letter to begin your visa application.
6.Visa Refusal Policy In the event of a visa refusal, you must email the visa refusal letter to: admissions@oxfordiancollege.com within 10 days of receiving the rejection. A £500 administration charge will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment account.
